Inner Rewilding Course

Transform Your Inner Landscape. Awaken Your Wild Heart.

Are You Ready to Come Home to Yourself?

You know there’s more to life than just going through the motions. You crave deep peace, authentic connection, and a sense of belonging—to yourself, to nature, to the pulse of the universe. The Inner Rewilding Course is your invitation to step out of overwhelm and into the wisdom that’s always been within you.

What Is Inner Rewilding?

Inner Rewilding is a guided journey—rooted in ancient wisdom and modern practice—that helps you remember your true nature. Through audio and video modules, you’ll explore the Four Directions of the Medicine Wheel, each offering powerful tools for awakening, healing, and integration.
This isn’t about chasing spiritual trends or collecting more “techniques.” It’s about stripping away what’s false, so you can live from your wild, wise, unshakeable core.

What You’ll Experience

  • A Clear, Guided Path: Move through the Four Directions—East (Awaken to Peace), South (Attune to the Living Universe), West (Allow the Flow), and North (Align to Your Wild Heart)—with bite-sized modules designed for real transformation.
  • Practical Tools for Real Life: Each module blends ancient teachings with modern practices—think breathwork, sound healing, shadow work, and guided meditations you can actually use, every day.
  • Embodied Learning: This isn’t just “head knowledge.” You’ll practice, journal, and integrate, so transformation happens in your bones, not just your mind.
  • A Community of Fellow Seekers: You’re not doing this alone. Connect with others on the path, share your breakthroughs, and celebrate your growth.

The Journey...

Your Inner Rewilding journey begins with a strong foundation: you’ll orient yourself to the medicine wheel, set sacred space, and receive a clear map for what’s ahead. As you turn to the East, you awaken to peace—exploring the essential question “Who Am I?”, learning to shift your perspective, and laying down daily practices that foster boundless awareness and the freedom of not-knowing. This is where you’ll start to recognize your true nature and experience the mental clarity that comes from stepping beyond the noise of everyday life.

Moving South, you attune to the living universe. You’ll discover the world as a vibrant, animated field of consciousness, harness the sacred technology of breath, and awaken your energy body through practices rooted in indigenous wisdom. Frequency medicine and deep listening to nature’s symphony become part of your toolkit, while plant medicine and sacred allies offer guidance for deepening your connection to the earth and all its teachers.

In the West, you learn to allow the flow. Here, surrender replaces struggle as you embody the wisdom of water—meeting your shadows, processing emotions somatically, and practicing true embodiment. You’ll develop trust in life’s current, release what no longer serves, and integrate these lessons through energetic hygiene and loving self-inquiry.

Finally, the journey leads North, where you align to your wild heart. You remember your indigenous nature, shed old skins in conscious transformation, and ground deeply into the stabilizing energy of the earth. Through sacred journaling and visioning, you’ll dream your future into being and learn to live from your wild, authentic heart—integrating all you’ve learned so you can show up gloriously as yourself, every day.

Holly Erin Copeland

wild soul guide | ceremonial facilitator | frequency alchemist

Holly Erin Copeland has come to devote her life to the art of meditation, breath, plant medicines and frequency because these were the very medicines that healed her from years of disconnection, stress, and overthinking. A lifelong seeker and former conservation scientist, Holly once searched for belonging in the outer world—until she turned inward and discovered the wild sanctuary within.

Through the alchemy of non-dual awareness, sound healing, breathwork, and frequency-based modalities like Biofield Tuning and phototherapy, Holly experienced a profound homecoming to her true nature—peaceful, awake, and free. This transformation awakened her understanding that true conservation begins within, and that healing ourselves is how we heal the world.

After years of teaching meditation and mentoring 1:1 clients, Holly's service is rooted in the sacred synthesis of ancient wisdom and modern science. Her unique signature weaves Dzogchen, Mahamudra, the Gene Keys, and vibrational healing into a deeply embodied approach she calls Inner Rewilding—a journey back to coherence with Self, Source, and the Earth.

Holly brings the precision of her scientific background to the mystical, creating bridges between worlds for women ready to remember their wild nature and step into their role as conscious leaders and healers of our time.
