Ready for a Conversation That Goes Deeper?
I spent years studying ecosystems in the wild before realizing the most important ecosystem to tend is the one within. Now I guide people through inner rewilding—a process for tending to our own inner landscapes. I love talking about how science, mysticism, and healing all point to the same truth. Let's have a conversation your listeners will still be thinking about days later.

Holly Erin Copeland is an author, speaker, and former ecologist turned guide to the wild within. Through her work in Inner Rewilding, she is on a mission to reconnect humanity with the wild intelligence of being.
Her book, Inner Rewilding: A Scientist's Journey Into Being offers a path forward: awakening humanity to the truth that our inner landscapes and outer world are not separate, but one living whole. Drawing from her work on the front lines of conservation and her deep spiritual practice, Holly speaks and teaches from lived experience at the intersection of science, spirituality, and planetary healing.
Holly is trained in Human Potential Coaching, Neuromeditation, Subtle Energy Meditation, Biofield Tuning, breathwork, Reiki, and ceremonial plant medicine guidance. She lives among the oaks in Nevada City, California, where she sings to the land, listens to the trees, and celebrates the beauty of this wild, precious life.Â

Possible Interview Questions
-
Many of us feel paralyzed by eco-anxiety and climate grief. What would you say to someone who's drowning in that despair right now?
-
How do we move from feeling crushed by the world's pain to letting it crack us open
-
You describe an 'effortless path' to awakening peace within. That sounds almost too good to be true for those of us who've tried meditation and felt like we're failing at it.
-
What makes this path effortless, and what were you doing wrong before you discovered it?
-
You write about discovering you could feel the energy of clients thousands of miles away through your tuning fork work. For listeners who think this sounds impossible or 'woo-woo, what would you say? And what does this tell us about the nature of reality?
-
You had this radical realization that you couldn't save the outer world while disconnected from your inner one. How do you hold both now—the inner work and the care for the Earth?
-
What does grounded activism or engaged spirituality actually look like?
-
Ayahuasca plays a significant role in your journey. Can you share what she taught you—particularly about your lungs being the Earth's lungs? That imagery is so powerful.
-
For someone reading this who recognizes themselves in your story—the burnout, the trying so hard, the sense that nothing is ever enough—where would you tell them to start? What's the first step on the path of Inner Rewilding?
-
You present the Medicine Wheel as a map with four directions. Can you briefly walk us through what each direction offers, and how someone might work with this framework in their own life?
